  1. Understand ways in which ICT enhance opportunities for learning;

  2. Explore theoretical models that underpin ICT integration;

  3. Examine implementation issues associated with effective use of ICT in classrooms;

  4. Produce an ICT integrated teaching and learning resource

Make sure you download the Course Outline (off home page) and review the assessment items. The course has three assessment components:

SEPEP (Sport Education in Physical Education Program)

In addition to skill development and developing game strategies and tactics, SEPEP promotes an authentic means for students to engage in Physical Education. SEPEP reflects practices of social competitions outside of the school context that parallels with community sport, whilst maintaining an inclusive, interactive and student centered learning approach. Success within this model is achieved through redefined roles of the teachers and students. Teachers co-ordinate and provide the systems to enable and facilitate the class and ‘direct instruction.' Students take on roles and responsibilities and take part of a tournament reflective of a community sports program. Students inquire, seek knowledge, collaborate, problem solve and seek solutions within the context to guide their own learning.
