QR codes can be made using an app on your phone/ipad or laptop or a website.  We recommend QR-code-generator or theqrcode-generator.  Most mobile phones have inbuilt QR code readers so try scanning using your camera before downloading an app. The video explains how to create your own QR code.

How to upload to Youtube

  1. Create a Gmail and Youtube Account.

  2. Once you have a Gmail account, log onto and sign into youtube.

  3. On the top left corner next to the youtube icon, click on the drop down menu and select 'my channel'

  4. The purpose of creating your own Youtube account is to store video's and embed them into your digital resources, with no increases in the file size, allowing better access for file sharing and as a back up tool.

  5. Once you have trimmed and reduced your video file size, click on the top right corner and 'upload' the video. Drag the video file into youtube and click 'unlisted' once published or change within your settings. By clicking unlisted, this will keep your video private from the public but you can still share the URL link within your resources. Use the 'video manager' to organise your video's.

  6. To share, click on the video and under the title, click 'share' and copy and paste the URL link for your resource.

  7. If you are adding to Weebly use the specific Youtube drag and drop build
